The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002.

SKP provides consulting services to its clients in Sarfaesi Act 2002 and also provide all kind of drafting as demand notice sec. 13/2 or possession notice sec 13/4. We are able to get relief in sec. 14 of act in favour of our clients.
